• For bookings beyond 2 months, please contact us by phone or email
• All bookings are subject to availability

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations must be communicated by phone or email
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full charges
• We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments

3.3 Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability and the same 24-hour notice requirement applies.

4.1 Payment Methods

• Debit and credit cards (processed securely through Stripe)

• All payments are processed securely online

4.2 Pricing

• All services are available as one-off payments
• We offer monthly subscription packages:
  • Body Subscription: All massage types (Swedish, Facial, Head, Reflexology, and Trigger Point Therapy)
  • Mind Subscription: Reiki sessions only
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Current pricing is displayed on our website

4.3 Refunds

• Refunds are available for cancellations made within the 24-hour notice period
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time for refunds is typically 5-10 business days
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds for late cancellations or no-shows
