Reiki

Reiki is tender and so beautiful, it is suitable for all. Reiki is said to enhance other forms of treatment. To ensure the continued well-being of clients, all treatments begin with a consultation, which enables your therapist to make sure Reiki is right for you.

After your treatment

After treatment, you may feel deeply relaxed.

A full body treatment can last 45 to 90 minutes, with a localised treatment lasting approximately 20 minutes.  You will remain fully clothed and typically be asked to lie on a massage table or be seated in a chair.

Your therapist may need a few moments to enter a calm state and will then gently place his or her hands on or near various part of the body, including the head, torso, knees and feet.

The hands will remain in each position for some minutes before moving to the next position. Some practitioners may follow a fixed set of positions while others will use their intuition to guide movements to areas needing attention.  You may feel a warmth, tingling and deep relaxation.

Reiki treatment

Reiki may be used on the whole body or can be localised to a specific part of the body.

As Reiki is used to stimulate natural re-balancing, try to rest and enjoy the overall sense of well-being.  If you feel tired or lack concentration, those feeling will soon pass.

To gain maximum benefit from your Reiki treatment, it is advisable to drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol in the hours immediately after treatment. If you have any queries, don’t hesitate to ask us for advice.

This was the first time I have had Reiki and I loved it! I felt very peaceful and calm. I could feel and see a very bright light and afterwards felt very tired. I also felt tired the next day but since then I have had far more energy and feel really positive. I will definitely be seeing Violeta again as she is very calming and professional.
